From 14th to 18th of Janauary, 2013, New Zero Art Space hosted 5 days long workshop:  Project on Paper Event on Curatorial Training focusing on the nature of art development and strategies of museum management. The workshop had also involved studying the Burmese political situation and customs of traditional culture.

As an outcome of this workshop, a group of seven members reached an agreement to carry out their own projects in order to express their ideas and concepts upon recent shifting in Burmese Politics and cotemporary social life.
As an essence of their discussion, they mainly concentrated on the subject: how the audience can be encouraged to become involved more actively in art exhibitions.

The detailed steps of the projects will be displayed during the exhibition period between 9am to 5pm from 28th of February to 4th of March at New Zero Art Space. The projects involved are Thawka’s Art & Politics project, Ko Thant’s Laughting project, Hayman Oo’s Mobile child art education project, Ko Lin’s Yangon-Moving Art project(Y-MAP), Thandar Nyo’s They them Their Art Festival project, Yadanar Win’s Entering into fragile Heatrs project and Nora’s Time of Transparency project(TOT).
                       
                                   
The projects launch part was held between 5pm and 7pm on 28th of February and many artists and poets such as a poet Aung Zin Min, Aung Ba Nyo, Soe yain, Khine Myo, Maung Nyi Nyut and an artist Myat Kyawt had attended. The new artistic concept which attempt to merge Political and Social changes with contemporary style art creation can be seen in their projects.
